Execution and delivery times
TATTOOX will send products to the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, European Union Countries, as well as the rest of the countries.
Once the User has made payment for the product, TATTOOX has confirmed it, and sent the confirmation email to the User about their purchase, the products will be delivered.

11. Failed shipments
TATTOOX offers a free peninsular shipping service within 24 business hours, with up to two delivery attempts free of charge.
If delivery is refused or unjustifiably delayed, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting storage costs and/or to terminate the contract. If so, we will pay the difference between the amount already paid and the reasonable administrative costs incurred (including failed delivery and return of the Order, in addition to storage costs).
12. Retirement

13. Defective products
TATTOOX guarantees that the product conforms to the characteristics indicated on the website and that it will be delivered in perfect condition.
